| Our jewellery is supplied direct from stock, delivery by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery and requires a signature at destination.
All of our jewellery is individually and securely packaged.

We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to despatch all the orders within 2 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If the item is not in stock, we shall e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
Once we despatch your order, we will issue a Royal Mail Reference Number which can be checked at www.royalmail.co.uk and use their TRACK AND TRACE in order to track your order through the Royal Mail postal system, so you can be certain it is in transit, with expected delivery date.
If the product arrives damaged, or is damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from AJ Fashion Jewellery, you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original packaging.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your PayPal account.
Please follow the return procedure as below:
All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). All return items must be received within 10 days of the RMA issued date.
E-mail us at sales@ajfashionjewellery.co.uk to obtain a RAN (Returns Authorisation No.). Please state the reason for return, order reference number, product name/code and your contact name, address and telephone number.
Returns will take approximately 10 business days for the goods to be processed after AJ Fashion Jewellery receive your items.
Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials and the original attached hoop and tags.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". AJ Fashion Jewellery will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping back to AJ Fashion Jewellery is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that your RNA is clearly marked on the outside of the package not on the items original box.
